My Coaching Philosophy
Coaching, for me, is about helping individuals tap into their inner purpose and passion, connecting that with their outer goals to achieve extraordinary and sustainable results. My process challenges clients to focus on what they truly want and break through barriers that hold them back.
People are often exhausted by the “shoulds” of life—what they think they must do—and I guide them to embrace what they choose to do, creating a fuller, more meaningful life.
My Mission: Supporting Caregivers and Parents
My primary focus is on caregivers, especially those who dedicate their lives to nurturing others while often neglecting their own well-being. I aim to empower caregivers to rediscover balance, set boundaries, and prioritize self-care without guilt.
As a parent of a child with Mowat-Wilson Syndrome, I understand the unique challenges faced by parents of children with special needs. This personal experience drives my dedication to supporting these parents through specialized workshops, coaching sessions, and community events.
I regularly participate in workshops and conferences, sharing insights and practical tools for parents of children with special needs. My approach is compassionate and practical, ensuring parents leave with actionable strategies to create a positive and nurturing environment for their children.
About Me
Hello, and thank you for visiting! I'm Walaa, an Egyptian living in the vibrant and multicultural UAE. These experiences offered me a profound understanding of the complexities of the human experience.
However, my passion for supporting others on a deeper, more personal level led me to transition into the transformative world of coaching.
